Refund Rules:
Form amount/kit amount will not be refunded.
Registration Fee Refund: No refund of the registration fee shall be made under any circumstances.
Short-Term Course Fee Refund: No refund of any type will be made under any circumstances after joining short-term classroom/online courses.
Online Live Course Fee Refund:
No refund available on online live Course
Recorded Lecture only available on Android Mobile and Tablet.
Offline Classroom Fee Refund:
Starting from the first recorded class attendance:
Within 15 days: 20% of the tuition fee (without scholarship) will be deducted (excluding kit amount).
Within 30 days: 40% of the tuition fee (without scholarship) will be deducted (excluding kit amount).
Within 45 days: 50% of the tuition fee (without scholarship) will be deducted (excluding kit amount).
Within 60 days: 60% of the tuition fee (without scholarship) will be deducted (excluding kit amount).
Within 90 days: 70% of the tuition fee (without scholarship) will be deducted (excluding kit amount).
Within 120 days: 80% of the tuition fee (without scholarship) will be deducted (excluding kit amount).
Kit amount (non-refundable).
No refund policy for EMI/Loan payments.
Refund requests will not be accepted after 120 days.
Legal Considerations:
Any legal matter/dispute related to a fee refund is subject to Kota (Rajasthan) jurisdiction only.
SARVAM CAREER INSTITUTE only handles refund cases through emails. No phone calls will be entertained for the refund process.
